Request PAC Number

Your PAC (Personal Access Code) is an individual customer security code designed to protect your privacy.

If you have misplaced or forgotten your PAC number, please call 0800 697 392. You will be asked a number of questions so that we may verify your identity.

Remember to keep your PAC in a secure place, as
Air New Zealand is not liable for any fraudulent activity if someone else uses your PAC and Airpoints™ membership numbers.
